This 3D Sketchup model of a modern residence in Venice, CA was adapted from the architect’s original 2D CAD plans. Realistic photo renderings of the furnished interior were created utilizing Podium light rendering software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with creating floor plans, elevations, furniture plans, wall finish & FF&E plans, reflected ceiling plans, floor covering plans.

Above: This urban loft was designed for a client in Chicago and decorated in a colorful triadic color harmony of blue green, yellow and magenta. The space has a youthful, contemporary, and fun feel to it. Black metal lighting and hardware compliment the vivid color scheme.
Above: This boho-chic California modern living room and breakfast nook was designed for a client in Hermosa Beach, CA. The accented neutral color palate has feminine pops of pink and harmonized well with the client's existing warm wood mid-century modern furniture throughout the home. Texture was added with a white shearling throw, beaded accessories, and woven rattan dining chairs.
